At the Bus

At Sue Ryder we are here to make sure that everyone approaching the end-of-life or living with grief can access the support they need. We can’t make life’s most difficult moments easy, but we can carry some of the load.

Dying and grief are universal experiences, but too many people face them alone. We are a safe and reassuring hand you can reach for. From providing care and support for someone at the end of their life to helping someone manage their grief, we know there is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need.

Our services are located throughout the UK, including in the Thames Valley with teams in South Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

Our team of Sue Ryder Nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, family support and befrienders combine specialist medical care for managing pain and other symptoms, with emotional, practical and spiritual support. We provide a Hospice at Home service, day hospice, and a care coordination and advice line.
